Users may cancel appointments according to the cancellation policy of the specific healthcare provider. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees as determined by the provider.
Payment for medical services is handled directly between you and the healthcare provider. PataDoc may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for billing disputes.
PataDoc is a booking platform only. We are not liable for any medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services provided by healthcare professionals accessed through our platform.
All content on PataDoc, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PataDoc or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
